November marked a fifth successive month of growth for car sales in Australia, with 95,080 new vehicles purchased overall.

The Ford Ranger has reclaimed top spot on the best-selling model chart, shifting more units than any other vehicle across October, according to new VFACTS data.

The recent upward trend of new vehicle sales around Australia continued across September, with VFACTS data revealing that 93,555 new models were purchased during the last month to register a 12.3% increase on the same point in 2021.

Australia’s new vehicle sales bounced back in a big way in August, as new VFACTS data from the Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries (FCAI) revealed that 95,256 new vehicles were purchased across the month.
